Life at the pace
of the land.
Five hectares of vines, olive and almond trees, and pine woodland. A house that mirrors its surroundings. A small winery, home to Cerezalla, and our own olive oil from the estate’s Arbequina trees.
A touch of Tuscany in inland Murcia. At 800 metres above sea level, the estate enjoys a pleasant climate throughout the year. Vines, olive trees and cypresses among the hills, with a character all their own. Cherry, apple, plum and fig trees grow alongside the vineyards and groves, changing with the seasons. A place to gather, create and enjoy the landscape.

The landscape,
inside and out.
The mirrored façade reflects the colours of the countryside. The porch opens onto the garden, while generous windows bring the hills indoors. The house has central heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet via Starlink, as well as electricity from solar panels. The house, porch and pool offer settings for events, gatherings and film productions. Overnight stays are considered only in exceptional cases, by prior arrangement.

03 / THE VINEYARD & WINE
Cerezalla.
A wine with roots.
We have been making wine since 2014, from one hectare of vines of the Forcalla grape variety, more than sixty years old. A Forcalla red and a Forcalla blanc de noir: two expressions of our vineyard.
The 2026 harvest has just been completed, and a new vintage is beginning its journey in the winery. Harvesting, grape treading and winemaking are part of life at Casaartales. Cerezalla grows out of that connection to the land. The olive grove is part of that story too: we make our own olive oil from our Arbequina olives.

The setting for

Casaartales is primarily available for whole-estate hire for private events, corporate gatherings, film shoots, advertising productions and photography. The house, gardens, pool and grounds offer a variety of settings in one location. Overnight stays are considered only in exceptional cases, by prior arrangement.
